This rat is being adopted under a non breeding contract. If the rat is intentionally bred without our consent a fine will be charged. If the rat is bred by accident a fee of the price of a breeding contract will be charged. Please "sign" this by typing your full name in the box.
The rat will be verified healthy and parasite free at time of adoption. This health contract is only valid if proper care is given. Our rats are raised on America's Choice Eco Flakes litter. At this time we don't recommend any type of recycled paper litter like Carefresh or Kaylee after reports of it making rats sick. The contract cannot be valid if that type of litter is used.
We always will take our rats back when the owner can no longer care for them. We don't want our babies to end up in shelters or as snake food. Please type your initials that you agree to contact us in the event you cannot care for them.
We ask that you love the baby as your own, you will keep the cage clean, water bottle full and food available at all times. We ask that you play with it and love it every day.
